Commitment to quality by the medical coordinator

Dernière mise à jour :

“With the ISO 9001:2015 certification obtained in March 2019 (renewed in March 2022) for the activities of its coordination and its Pulmonology Department, the CIC 1401 (Multidisciplinary module) pursues its engagement to continuous improvement in the services it provides to its partners, and to the optimization of its organization.

This quality approach, puts the security of its research participants at the heart of its system and aims to satisfy the legal and regulatory requirements applicable in clinical research. It ensures we meet the commitments made to our partners and increase their satisfaction.

In order to always ensure the satisfaction of those requirements and continuously improve the Quality Management System’s effectiveness (QMS), I commit to perpetuate the following procedures initially mentioned in this manual:

  • Provide the necessary resources to implement and operate the QMS,

  • Promote the Quality approach and enforce it within the CIC-P,

  • Accompany the process managers in the quality approach,

  • Ensure staff training in all aspects of quality,

  • Implement the means of communication of the Quality approach and of all its objectives,

  • Plan an annual Management journal, to assess the actions implemented and monitor the progress of the Quality Improvement program

In this respect, I would like to remind you of the importance of the contribution of each CIC-P’s collaborator in the company quality approach: everyone’s involvement, regardless of its function, is crucial for the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.”
