Eager to enrich and share its skills and expertise, the CIC-P closely works with many organizations:

• Pharmaceutical laboratories: many pharmaceutical laboratories trust us to carry out their research projects, from beginning to end, or for punctual tasks. The rigor and professionalism of Bordeaux’s CIC-P managed to convince manufacturers as each year, the CIC-P collaborates with many industrial laboratories

• European platform EUCLID: the CIC-P participates in the EUCLID  platform (EUropean CLInical trials and Development), an academic platform that brings together the expertise of hospitals,Inserm and the Universities of Bordeaux and Limoges.

• Institutions (University Hospital of Bordeaux, Universities, etc.) : thanks to its institutional affiliations and geographical location, the CIC-P is in close contact with the University Hospital and University of Bordeaux. Bordeaux’s CIC-P also works with many other French university hospitals, within the framework of institutionally-promoted clinical trials
• Inserm, CNRS Units: labeled by Inserm, Bordeaux’s CIC-P collaborates with many fundamental research units, including the  Inserm 1219 « Bordeaux Population Health Research Center »directed by Prof. Stéphanie Debette and the Inserm 1045 Unit “Bordeaux’s Cardiothoracic Research Center” directed by Prof. Roger Marthan
• FCRIN, ECRIN Network, CIC's networks :the CIC-P contributes to many networks on diverse themes. These include the CIC pediatric network PEDStart,  the CIC's’ neuroscience network, the CRISALIS network on severe asthma, the IREIVAC  network on vaccination, the ENCEPP European Network of Centers for Pharmacoepidemiology and Pharmacovigilance, and the F-CRIN/E-CRIN French/European Clinical Research Infrastructure Network.
• Other CIC 1401 modules: the CIC-P also works in close collaboration with 2 other units of Bordeaux’s CIC: the CIC-EC (Clinical Epidemiology) directed by Prof. Laura Richert, and the CIC-IT (Technological Innovation) directed by Prof. Jean-Christophe Fricain
